Members' Voluntary Winding Up Of A Dormant Subsidiary In Shenzhen, China

The Board of Directors of Unified Communications Holdings Limited (the "Company") and together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") hereby announces that Unified Communications (Shenzhen) Pte Ltd ("UCSZ"), which is the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary in the People's Republic of China, had been voluntarily wound up on 20 March 2012.

UCSZ had been inactive and dormant since 2009 following the Group's reduced focus in the Greater China territory. The Group does not expect any business activity in Greater China in the foreseeable future.

The member's voluntary winding up of UCSZ is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors or the controlling shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
